These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dbd111 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement

BDT Transactions Only

One Account Per Person

Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an active Account on dbd111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. dbd111 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request identity documentation at any point to verify compliance.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a current mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
- You must not be a current or former employee of dbd111, nor an immediate family member or household member of such an employee.
- You must not already hold an existing dbd111 Account. Registering a second Account in any name or using any device is strictly forbidden.
Registration constitutes your confirmation that all of the above criteria are satisfied. dbd111 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Account Responsibilities and Security
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dbd111 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent dbd111 should be reported to our support team immediately.
Any activity carried out through your Account — whether by you, by a person you have knowingly or negligently permitted access, or by an unauthorised third party as a result of your failure to secure your credentials — is your sole responsibility. dbd111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You must notify dbd111 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspicious transaction, or any compromise of your registered email address or mobile number. dbd111 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.
- Use a strong, unique password — a minimum of eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse passwords from other websites.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — available from your Account security settings. 2FA adds a one-time code requirement on each login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
- Never share your credentials — sharing your username or password with any other person, including friends and family members, is a breach of these Terms and grounds for Account suspension.
- Log out on shared devices — always log out of your Account when using a shared or public device. dbd111 recommends against accessing your Account on public Wi-Fi networks.
- Keep contact details current — your registered email address and mobile number are your primary Account recovery mechanisms. Ensure both remain accurate and accessible at all times.
Account Sharing and Transfer
Accounts on dbd111 are strictly personal and non-transferable. The following are explicitly prohibited:
- Sharing your Account login credentials with any other individual for any reason.
- Allowing another person to place wagers through your Account, even on your instruction.
- Selling, transferring, or gifting your Account or its Balance to any third party.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account for any purpose.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to access or operate your Account.
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of pending bonus funds, and may result in the withholding of the Account Balance pending investigation.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on dbd111 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dbd111 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with a deposit or withdrawal.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum single deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though dbd111 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
- Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to reflect.
- You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match your Account name — are not permitted and will trigger an immediate KYC review.
- dbd111 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the platform's cashier section.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player after a deposit has been credited will be treated as fraudulent activity and will result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity is confirmed.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours and, once approved, are processed to the Player's registered bKash or Nagad within the same business day in most cases.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of method is approved via the KYC process.
- Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player from their Account dashboard before processing begins. Once processing is underway, cancellation is not possible.
- Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the Balance at the time of the withdrawal request.
Betting and Gaming Rules

Slots and Arcade Games: All slot and arcade game outcomes are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. The minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface before a Player begins playing.
- Maximum Win Cap: Certain game types may carry a single-session or single-bet maximum win cap. Where a cap applies, the maximum payout is displayed within the game or market. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid to the cap amount only.
- Odds Changes: Sports odds are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance. The odds at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that Wager. In-play odds are dynamic and may change between selection and submission.
- Palpable Errors: dbd111 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing mistake. Players who identify and exploit palpable errors will have their winnings voided and may face Account suspension.
- BPL / Cricket Specific: For Bangladesh Premier League and international cricket markets, ball-by-ball in-play betting is subject to a brief delay. Any bets placed during this delay window are subject to review and may be voided if placed after the relevant ball outcome was determined.
Bonuses and Promotions
dbd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer's terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds carry an expiry period, stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds not wagered and qualified within the stated period will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
One Bonus Per Player
Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through different Accounts or payment details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
Game Contribution Rates
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting a wagering requirement. Sports bets and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is published within the offer's specific terms page.
Bonus Abuse
dbd111 monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend the Account of any Player found to be abusing promotional offers, including through arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or the use of multiple Accounts.
Withdrawal Before Completion
If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. The real-money portion of the Balance remains withdrawable at any time.
Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbd111 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds. Any deposit funded by a fraudulent payment will be reversed, the Account suspended, and all associated winnings forfeited.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker variants, or sharing of in-play information between connected parties.
- Match fixing and inside information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in any way participating in or facilitating the manipulation of a sporting fixture.
- Automated wagering: Using any bot, script, macro, artificial intelligence tool, or third-party software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics automatically without manual human input for each wager.
- Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of a technical fault, odds pricing error, or software bug to place bets at incorrect prices or to access funds not legitimately credited to your Account.
- Multiple accounts / bonus abuse: Registering more than one Account in any name, at any address, on any device, for any purpose — including to claim welcome bonuses or other first-deposit offers more than once.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. dbd111 applies AML controls and will report any suspected financial crime to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
- Harassment and abuse: Using the live chat, support channels, or any other communication facility to harass, threaten, or abuse dbd111 staff or other players. Such behaviour will result in immediate Account suspension.
Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your dbd111 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
Involuntary Suspension: dbd111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the Account would present a legal or regulatory risk to dbd111 or other Players.
Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who activate a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming centre will have their Account access suspended for the duration of the exclusion. During this period, all marketing communications will cease and the Account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires and a formal reactivation request is submitted. Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. dbd111 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 against the Account Balance while it remains dormant. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin. The Account can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
What Happens to Your Balance on Closure?
- Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the point of closure will be refunded to your most recently used verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC is complete.
- Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are non-refundable and will be removed from the Balance at closure.
- Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or AML investigation, the Balance may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.
- If a dormant account reaches a zero balance after dormancy fees, the Account will be closed automatically. No further fees will be charged once the balance reaches zero.
